Buying my first property in South Florida with Nina Mormina was very easy. She knew exactly what my needs were and the location I was looking at.  She understands the market very well and will work with the buyer and seller. She will explain the pros and cons on behalf of your budget. Now that I’m a condo owner she continues to follow my needs as to who and when I want to rent my unit. If you are not at ease in certain aspects she will not push or make you uncomfortable. I certainly would recommend Nina Mormina as a first time buyer, seller or another investment.
